Affected Models:

Alphard / Vellfire (current and previous generations)
Harrier

RAV4 (incl. PHV)

Issue:A malfunction that may cause the dashboard display (speedometer, warning lights, etc.) to go blank while driving.

Cause:Excessive degradation of the instrument panel circuit board — beyond expected limits — could cause display failure.

Response:Software update or full replacement of the meter unit, free of charge.

💺 2. Seat Fabric Flammability Issue (Corolla Axio / Fielder)

Affected Models:

Certain Corolla Axio and Fielder models manufactured between 2024 and 2025.

Issue:Seat fabric does not meet fire safety standards and could ignite and spread faster than allowed under Japanese vehicle regulations.

Response:Toyota will replace all seat covers at no cost.
