都内をシボレーで走ろう！Youtube コラボレーション

今回はロサンゼルのお知り合いとYoutubeのコラボーションさせて頂きました。
僕の個人的に大切にしているシボレーの1970年製インパラを都内でドライブしながら
日本の文化や不動産事情について深く解説していきます。

This time, I had the pleasure of collaborating on YouTube with my friend David from Los Angeles!
We took my personally cherished 1970 Chevrolet Impala for a drive around Tokyo while talking about Japanese culture and taking a deeper look at the Japanese real estate market.
From classic American cars to luxury real estate and everyday life in Japan, we share our perspectives from both Japan and the U.S.

二人で仲良く豊洲に向かっていきます！
最後には豊洲に所在する３億円する物件をルームツアーを致しました。
赤いシャツを着ているのがデイビットさんです。
Youtubeではあまり語っていませんが、実はハリウッドで映画関係のお仕事をしています。
誰もが聴いたことのある映画での出演もされていて、実はスタントマンなのです。
格闘技やアクションもやっており、日本でも有名な仮面ライダーの映画にも出たとか。
ちょっとした出会いで知り合ったのですが、東京が大好きで
アメリカから来日しては日本の素晴らしさを解説しています。
At the end of the video, we also take you on a room tour of a stunning ¥300 million luxury property located in Toyosu, Tokyo.
And the guy wearing the red shirt is David!
I didn’t talk much about this in the YouTube video, but David actually works in the film industry in Hollywood. He has appeared in movies that pretty much everyone has heard of—and he’s actually a professional stuntman!
David is also involved in martial arts and action work, and he has even appeared in a Kamen Rider movie, one of Japan’s most famous action franchises.
We actually met through a random encounter, but David has a genuine love for Tokyo and Japan. Whenever he comes to Japan from the U.S., he enjoys exploring the country and sharing what makes Japan so special from his own perspective.
It’s always amazing how a simple encounter can lead to a great collaboration.
